Link Healthcare provides community based clinically led integrated care services to clients in the comfort of their own home. Our services range from home support services to complex patient care provided by experienced nurses and healthcare staff. We also offer out of hours GP/ diagnostic services and comprehensive training courses from our hub in Ballincollig, Cork.
Our goal is to be a leader in quality clinical care providing comprehensive support to clients using a multidisciplinary team approach that allows them to access services locally and to remain within their own communities.
