The aim of this programme is to provide learners with the knowledge and practical skills necessary in the safe and effective management of complex behaviours within health and social care contexts. The training is in line with contemporary person-centred, trauma-informed and recovery-oriented best practice. Participants are taught how to safely, effectively and ethically manage complex behaviours while preserving the safety of all concerned.
